The Secret Team
Dr Eric Henry Wang headed the Office of Special Studies at Air Development Center, at Wright Patterson AFB. This department dealt with recovered Alien Space Craft, and their crews, such as the Kingman Arizona incident in 1953. This incident was witnessed by Arthur Stansel.
Arthur Stanzel was an engineer at Wright Patterson between 1949 and 1960, he worked in the Office of Special Studies. What Dr Wang was involved in was so sensitive that only the highest levels of secrecy were allowed access. It was classified above top secret, Dr Wang reported directly to Dr Henry Kissinger.Dr Kissinger was in charge of the Office of Special Studies and the flying saucer program.
From 1943 to 1946 Dr Kissinger served with the US Army Counter Intelligence Corps ( CIC). From 1946 to 1949 was an Army Captain with the Military Intelligence Reserve. Dr Kissinger served as an consultant to the Psychological Strategy Board. This organization was a covert arm of the National Security Council, which was established in 1951.
The National Security Council was comprised by the Under Secretary of State, the Under Secretary of Defense and the Director of the CIA. Dr Kissinger also was a consultant on the Operations Coordinating Board.
During this period of time Dr Kissinger was in the position to access information on the most sensitive of intelligence operations and all the Top Secret UFO data. During this time and throughout his career he also served as consultant to the Rand Corporation, the National Security Council and Council on Foreign relations. Dr Kissinger was also the Director of the Special Studies Project for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund.
Dr Kissinger assumed responsibilities as Secretary Of State in 1973 but he was also the Assistant to the President on National Security Affairs. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for negotiating the withdrawal from Vietnam .
In 1947 General George Marshall established the Interplanetary Phenomenon Unit ( IPU) of the Scientific and Technical Branch, Counterintelligence Directorate.
This was a highly trained and elite covert Investigative Group set up specifically for the “flying disc” problem. This unit was deactivated in the late 1950’s and it’s responsibilities were assumed by the USAF Office of Special Investigations/ Operation Blue book.
General Douglas MacArthur was also involved with IPU, and is well remembered for his public statement in 1955, in a meeting in New York City with Mayor Achilles of Naples Italy. “ All the countries on earth will have to unite to survive and to make a common front against attack from peoples from other planets.”
Colonel L Fletcher Prouty, USAF was the point man at the CIA’s Clandestine Operations Center for both the Air Force and then later for the entire Defense Department.
He wrote a book in 1973 “ The Secret Team” where he describes Dr Kissinger as the “titular head of the Intelligence Communities Clandestine Operations Reaction Faction.” “ His appearance as a one man power center stems from the fact that he is the front man for the “ Secret Team” and the secret intelligence community.
